Founded in 1973, Togiak Natives Limited (TNL) is a village corporation formed under the Alaska Natives Claims Settlement Act. TNL, a for profit corporation, serves nearly a thousand shareholders, generating economic and social benefits for Togiak natives in the form of dividends and distributions, employment and income, as well as providing a range of other benefits such as training, scholarships, bereavement services, cultural programs and community development. Togiak Government Services Group (TGSG), a TNL holding company, was formed to help the US government solve its most challenging problems and to positively impact the villagers of Togiak through government contracting revenues. TGSG provides an imaginative, cost-effective platform to provide advanced technical, management and administrative services to our government clients using our family of subsidiaries.
